I guess if you want to eat a non southern Italian meal, this is the place to go. My companions ordered hamburgers and the club sandwich and all seemed happy. I ordered the salad with braisola and it was EXCELLENT.

Some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had, and I say that as an American who's had more than their share of sweet potato fries. Burgers are very good too. If you end up in Matera on a night where you can't find a table in one of the traditional Italian restaurants (which is what happened to us), or you just want a burger, this is a fun place to go with great service.
A great place to be for good burgers, using the spices and chili of the region, and drinks both alcoholic and not. Do be careful going there during heat waves though
